Abstract Submission

Instruction

1. Valid conference registration (paid or free registration) is required for abstract submission.

2. Please provide your receipt number of registration and submission code in the registration confirmation email.

3. LaTeX formatting is permitted for all text entry fields.

5. For those interested in contributing talks without organizing or joining an invited session, please follow the following guidelines:

  • Topic Relevance: Ensure your topics are suitable for the conference theme, emphasizing statistics, data science, and AI.
  • Review Process: Submissions will be reviewed by the program committee and selected based on relevance and quality.
  • Contributed session: Talks will be combined to form contributed sessions. Each session will be 100 minutes long with about 6 speakers and a chair. Each speaker will have about 15 minutes for presentation (including discussion and Q&A). Please indicate your time preference.
  • If your abstract is accepted, you should attend the conference in person and present onsite.
  • Submission Deadline: April 15th.
  • Notification: Acceptance notifications and schedules will be sent out by April 29th.

  • Please use the ID "NESS2024-PS" for poster session.
  • Please use the ID "NESS2024-CS" for contributed session.
Please provide full names because they will appear exactly the same in the program book.
